Digital downloads

Digital products (spreadsheets, planners, and other instant downloads) do not ship. After payment you receive an email with download access, usually within a few minutes. No shipping fee applies to digital-only orders.

Physical products — where we ship

We currently ship physical products to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time (physical)

Physical orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time (physical)

Physical products ship from our supplier's warehouse. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or holidays. Checkout may show a calendar estimate; treat the 7-15 business-day range as the reliable guide.

Shipping rates (physical)

Standard shipping: $8.00. Free standard shipping on physical orders of $70 or more. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every physical order ships with tracking. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show updates after the label is created.

Lost or late packages

If your physical order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at keith.wyong@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us at keith.wyong@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to fix it before it ships.

Duties and taxes

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee, please contact us before paying.
