Digital downloads

Instant digital products (such as spreadsheets and planners) are delivered by email / download link after purchase. Because delivery is immediate, all sales of digital downloads are final once the download or access email has been sent, except when: (1) the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described; or (2) you never received the download email (check spam, then email us). Email keith.wyong@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will replace the file or issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind on digital products after delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong physical items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at keith.wyong@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind (physical items only)

You can return an unused physical item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at keith.wyong@gmail.com to get the return address and instructions; items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Order cancellations

Digital: you can cancel for a full refund only before the download email is sent. Physical: you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
